Amazing location near Gran Via and restaurants.

The place was little, we would stay here again. The location was magnificent and incredible, for example, a huge plaza was just a short walk away from the hotel. Our food was fabulous, thoroughly enjoyed it...

It was fashionable, large and with a sofa bed😀😀🙂

Consider visiting local shops to stock up on snacks before exploring, as the kitchen facilities are great for preparing meals.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was best possible and prime close enough to many sights and a metro station as well as the shops, restaurants, attractions and the huge park. The staff was professional, service-minded all the time.

During our stay, we explored the Plaza Mayor and the Prado National Museum, both within walking distance. The neighborhood was vibrant, filled with charming restaurants and shops. The apartment was quiet at night due to the courtyard, allowing for restful sleep after our busy days. The shower drain was quite slow, which was a bit inconvenient. It was a comfortable stay that met our needs as a couple visiting the city.

The apartment felt very comfortable and well maintained. Loved the location, just a block from Gran Vía metro station. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Check-in was smooth, and reception staff, especially Eva, were helpful. The kitchen facilities were sparse. Missing items like a microwave and adequate utensils made meal prep challenging. The Wi-Fi didn't work well in the rooms, forcing me to go to the living room for a connection. Despite these issues, the spacious layout and proximity to attractions were great.

The apartment's location is perfect, just a short walk from all major attractions and close to the Metro. We also appreciated the spacious layout with great comfort . The nearby supermarkets were a fantastic convenience for stocking up on our vegan snacks.

A microwave in the kitchenette would have been a useful addition for quick meal prep.

The availability of a supermarket right across the street was a lifesaver for snacks and essentials.

Multiple rooms had inconsistencies in bedding types-one had duvets while another featured blankets that weren't even set on arrival. Heating issues made it uncomfortable, as the boiler had a 'do not touch' sign, leading to a cold night due to lack of proper bedding. One room showed signs of neglect, with a tired, moldy bathroom and stains on the sofa. This place didn't match the expectations based on its promotional photos.

Tgh gran via is in the heart of the city. The check-in staff were nice and helpful, and we appreciated being able to leave our bags before check-in. The one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of three.
